A Few Words from Our Founder
After proudly becoming one of just two African American graduates from the Northeastern District Council of Carpenters' apprenticeship program in 2002, I honed my skills with leading companies like Salamone & Swift, Denk & Roche, Pepper, and G W Thiel. Yet, I always felt a calling to do more—specifically, to uplift underserved communities. Driven by that passion, I founded Elite Carpentry Plus, a company where my unmatched work ethic and commitment to quality come first, creating a business that not only builds structures but also strengthens communities.
